Sign-ups, tickets and payments From $1,800 Built in Hopewell Junction, NY

A website that does the paperwork.

We build websites that sell your tickets, take sign-ups and applications, collect payments and keep the records, with a back office your staff or volunteers run themselves.

Built in Hopewell Junction for organizations and businesses across the Hudson Valley. Our prices are right on this site.

What it does

What your website can handle

Most groups we meet run on paper forms, a cash box and a spreadsheet one person keeps at home. Plenty of businesses run on phone tag and invoices in the mail. These are the parts we build to take that over.

How each part works
  • Tickets and events

Sell tickets to dinners, fundraisers and classes, with a seat limit and a waitlist.

  • Sign-ups and classes

People sign up themselves or a whole group, and get a calendar invite and a reminder.

  • Applications

Vendor, membership and scholarship applications land in one list you can sort and approve.

  • Donations

Gifts by card with a receipt by email, and an optional box to cover the card fee.

  • Bill pay

Customers pay an invoice by card from your site, and you see who paid and when.

  • Bookings and rentals

Hall rentals, appointments and pickups on a calendar you control.

  • Online stores and catalogs

From a few items to tens of thousands, with prices, options and search that works.

  • Private portals

Sign-ins for members, dealers or departments, with their own catalog, prices or approvals.

Our work

Sites we’ve built, and sites we run

Four of these are our own stores, so we live with our websites every day, on busy Saturdays and at the end of the month. The fifth was built for a client.

Built for a client

N&S Supply Training

Class sign-ups and card payments for a plumbing and HVAC supply house, run by its own branch staff.

  • Contractors sign up themselves or their whole crew, and pay by card in a secure payment window.
  • Confirmations arrive with a calendar invite, and a reminder goes out the day before.
  • Classes can run several days, with check-in for each day.
How it works

Who it’s for

Who we build for

  • Community groups and nonprofits

Auxiliaries and fire companies, PTAs, churches, youth leagues, Rotary and Lions clubs, and craft fair committees. Tickets, sign-ups, donations and applications, with a treasurer who can see every dollar.

  • Distributors and trade businesses

Training sign-ups, bill pay and dealer portals, set up around the way your counter already works.

  • Local shops and services

A fast site that shows up on Google and turns visits into calls, requests and orders.

No lock-in

Yours to keep

  • Your domain is registered in your name. Not ours, not a reseller’s.

  • Your data is yours. Download your sign-ups, orders, donors and contacts as a spreadsheet whenever you like.

  • Payments go straight to your bank. Card numbers are typed into your processor’s secure window and never touch your website or our servers.

  • If you ever move on, we hand over your content and data with written notes on how it all fits together.

  • Every site is checked for accessibility against the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines before launch. In New York, where website accessibility lawsuits are common, that matters.
