Sites we’ve built, and sites we run.
Five sites, all live. Four are stores we own and run ourselves, so every lesson about what a website has to do on a busy day gets learned on our own money first. The fifth was built for a client.
Built for a client
N&S Supply Training
N&S Supply and Capitol District Supply hold product training and manufacturer days at their branches. The site lists every class, takes sign-ups and payments, and gives their staff one place to run it all.
- Contractors sign up themselves or their whole crew, and pay by card in a secure payment window.
- Confirmations arrive with a calendar invite, and a reminder goes out the day before.
- Classes can run several days, with check-in for each day.
- Staff add classes, take walk-ins, email a class, issue refunds and print sign-in sheets.
- Every change in the back office is recorded, so nobody wonders who canceled what.
- One site serves two companies, each with its own branches and logo.
Our own store
Hudson Valley Promos
Our print and promotional products shop in Hopewell Junction. Customers design their order on the page, see the price as they go, and approve a proof before anything is made.
- 4,839 apparel styles from 90 brands, each one designed right on the page.
- Prices update as you choose quantities, sizes and colors, with no waiting on a quote.
- Shirts, business cards, a banner and a plaque go in one cart and come out as one invoice.
- Every order gets a proof to approve before production.
Our own store
On Duty Uniforms
Our uniform store and showroom. It carries a big catalog, but most people shop by their job, and departments buy through their own private portal.
- More than 20,000 products, filtered by job, size, inseam and what is in stock in the showroom.
- Type a name and see it stitched before you buy.
- A private portal for departments: approved catalogs, allowances per person, purchase approvals, POs and spending reports.

PDQ Shirts
A wholesale store for screen printers, embroiderers and anyone who needs blank shirts in a hurry. It is built for buyers who already know the style number they want.

- More than 1,100 t-shirt styles alone, filtered by fit, weight and material.
- Shop by need: the softest shirts, heavyweights, or shirts made for DTF and sublimation.

Our engraving store. Customers type their wording right onto the plaque, or send it in and we lay it out for them.
