Sign-ups, tickets and payments From $1,800 Built in Hopewell Junction, NY

How a site gets built.

Seven steps from the first call to a live site. The one that sets the pace is the third: getting us your content.

  1. A short call

Twenty or thirty minutes. Tell us what you run and where it hurts. We tell you which plan fits and roughly what it costs.

  2. A written quote

A fixed price, what is included, what we need from you and a target date. Nothing starts until you sign it.

  3. Your content

We send a checklist: logo, text, photos, prices, who gets the emails, and logins for your domain and payment processor. This is the step that sets the pace.

  4. We build it

About two weeks for most sites once the checklist is done. You get a private link and can watch it come together.

  5. One round of changes

Gather everyone’s notes into one list. We make the changes, then you approve the site.

  6. Launch

We connect your domain, run a real test payment and refund it, set up your Google Business Profile, and walk your team through the back office.

  7. After launch

Hosting, updates, backups and help for the monthly fee. Call or email when you need something.

Your checklist

What we’ll need from you

The sooner these arrive, the sooner your site is live. Missing something? Start anyway; we can fill gaps as we go.

  • Your logo, in the best file you have
  • Text for each page, or rough notes we can shape into text
  • Photos of your people, place and events (we will tell you which ones work)
  • Your events, classes or products, with prices
  • Who should get the notices, and the email address the site should send from
  • Access to your domain, or we register one in your name
  • A payment processor account if you take payments (we can help you choose)
  • For nonprofits: your 501(c)(3) letter, if receipts should mention it

The short answer

Why it doesn’t take months

Most of what an organization’s website has to do has been done before: take a sign-up, sell a ticket, send a receipt, show staff who paid. We have built those parts for our own stores and for clients, and we start from them instead of from a blank page. Your design, your words and your rules go on top.

We also use AI tools to help write and check code. They make us faster; they do not decide anything. Every site is planned, reviewed and tested by us before it goes live, and we are the ones who answer the phone after.

Get started

Tell us what you’re running.

A short call is usually enough to know what you need and what it will cost. The price goes in writing before any work starts.
