- One round, included. Collect everyone’s notes into one list and we make them all.

Yours to keep
Your domain is registered in your name. Not ours, not a reseller’s.
Your data is yours. Download your sign-ups, orders, donors and contacts as a spreadsheet whenever you like.
Payments go straight to your bank. Card numbers are typed into your processor’s secure window and never touch your website or our servers.
If you ever move on, we hand over your content and data with written notes on how it all fits together.
Every site is checked for accessibility against the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines before launch. In New York, where website accessibility lawsuits are common, that matters.

Questions about price
What is not included?
Photography, logo design and writing your pages from scratch. We can quote any of them. Card processing fees are charged by your payment processor, not by us.
How long does it take?
About two weeks for most sites, counted from the day we have your text, photos and logins. Sites that take payments can take longer if the payment processor is still approving your account.
Can we make changes ourselves?
The back office covers what changes often: events, classes, prices, photos and announcements. For anything else, email us. Fixes to what we built are free; new pages and new features are billed by the hour.
Who owns the website?
You own your domain, your text and photos, and all of your data, and you can download the data whenever you like. We own the software that runs the site, which is how the monthly fee stays low, and you can use it for as long as we host your site.
What if we want to leave?
Give us 30 days’ notice. We hand over your content and data with written notes, and help point your domain wherever you are going.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI tools help us write and check code, which is a big part of how we build custom sites in weeks instead of months and at these prices. Every site is planned, reviewed and tested by us before it goes live, and we support it after.
Is there a discount for nonprofits?
Yes. Nonprofits, fire companies, PTAs and other volunteer groups take 20% off setup.
