Tickets and events
Put each event on its own page with the date, place, price and seats left. People pay by card and get their tickets by email. You set the limit, the site stops selling when it is reached, and the waitlist fills in behind it. The morning of, print the check-in list or check people in from a phone.

Sign-ups and classes
Free or paid, one day or several. Each confirmation carries a calendar invite, a reminder goes out the day before, and people can look up their own sign-up without calling you. Your staff can add walk-ins and phone sign-ups from the back office.

Applications
Ask exactly the questions you need, collect photos or documents, and review every application in one place. Approve someone and the site emails them a link to pay by a deadline. Turn someone down and they get a polite note you wrote once.

Donations
A donate page, plus a chance to add a gift when someone buys a ticket. Donors get a receipt by email, worded the way your treasurer needs, and you see every gift with a running total.

Bill pay
Customers enter an invoice or account number and pay by card on your own website instead of mailing a check. Your office gets a notice with every payment, without signing in to the processor.

Show the dates that are open, take a request or a deposit, and confirm it from the back office. You decide what needs approval and what books itself.

Card payments to your own account
We connect the payment processor you already have, or help you choose one. Our sites run on Helcim and on CardPointe from Fiserv today, and we can work with most others. Money goes from the card to your bank; we never hold it.
Card numbers are typed into the processor’s own secure window, so they never reach your website or ours.
Email that comes from you
Confirmations, receipts, reminders and announcements go out from your own address, with your name and logo, so people recognize them.
Your team gets a notice for whatever needs attention: a new sign-up, an application, a payment.
